The meeting "Club Assembly" on March 31

 

Invocation was delivered by Mr. Jeff Baldwin followed by Health Happiness by Ms. Jacqueline Kleyenenberg.

 

Mr. Jay Seward then detailed on "Belk Sale" cards for fundraising.

 

President Ginny Barr then thanked Ms. Chris King for the display poster with pictures of Rotray events.

 

Mr. John Adair and Mr. Rodney Funderburg complemented president Ginny Barr for her being the keynote speaker in the opening session, and her performance at the District Meeting.

 

Mr. Joe Collins then donated Mr. Arnold Palmer picture for auction for fundrasing.

 

Many members, including president Ginny Barr, then mentioned Carolina Ale House for its "heavy lifting" contribution in agreeing to provide 150 boxed lunches for the bikers in the upcoming "Tour de lake" event.

 

Mr. Jeff Baldwin then reminded everyone that April 21 will be the final meeting before the Tour de Lake event.

 

The meeting was adjourned by president Ginny Barr at 8:30 AM.
