Ginny Barr and Patty Cavanaugh presented a Paul Harris Fellowship to Jim Browning, husband of Ros Browning.
Our speaker was Bill McCrary, Founder and CEO of Strategic Partners, a Columbia based professional service firm that specializes in leadership and sales force development. Strategic Partners is affiliated with Sandler Training.
Mr. McCrary stated that sales are made when expectations are made or exceeded. He gave us several systems, processes, and strategies to succeed. Among them were: (1) to be a person one can trust; (2) be honest and manage expectations; and (3) that customers buy for their reasons, not yours. He also said that all people are not potential customers for you.
After a brief question and answer period, the meeting was adjourned.
